Installing Agrimaster
When installing Agrimaster:
- Please do not change the default install path of C:\program files\Agrimaster unless you are aware of what you are doing.
- Please do not install Agrimaster into users\public\agrimaster on Vista and Windows 7 as Agrimaster uses this location for its working folders.
Emailing your Agrimaster file
Some helpful tips if you are having problems emailing your file.
- Make sure your email program is closed.
- Outlook and Windows Mail users have to click the allow box twice when sending email via Agrimaster.
- If Agrimaster is still unable to send your file, which is the case for some Vista users please look at our alternative emailing helpnotes. Click on your version of windows below.
We are close to a fixing this issue for the next Agrimaster update.
Vista and USB printers
The latest version of Agrimaster uses a newer version of Active Reports tools to produce all the Agrimaster reports. To help you fix printing issues we recommend that you check the following two areas:
- Check that your version of Windows is up to date.
- Check that your printer drivers are up to date.
There is a known issue with Vista and USB printers where you will have to update your printer drivers from the manufactures website.
Reference Numbers
Agrimaster can only count one lot of 6 digit (123456) reference numbers. For clients using multiple cheque books, we suggest removing the first number from the 2nd cheque book to make a 5 digit number and adding an extra 0 to the third cheque book to make a 7 digit number.
