Why can’t we train you on a support call?
The Agrimaster support line is organised to provide a quick turn around on support request for clients. Quicker the better!
If we spent hours on each call training clients how to use a function then you would be waiting many hours to get a call back. The best way to think of support is a mentoring / tutor service after you have done your training as well as getting you out of a spot when you are doing your books. If you require training, one of our support officers can organise this for you while you are on the phone.
What questions can I ask?
There is no such thing as a silly question. Most people think they should know but in reality if they generally have the same knowledge as all the clients. That’s why we provide support!
You can ask technical questions (e.g. how do I install my update?) or application questions (e.g. how do I enter a recipient created tax invoice)
