At Agrimaster we are committed to providing you with outstanding support. The Agrimaster Support Team provides quick turnaround on support requests to our our members it is available from 6am - 6pm WAST - 12 hours per day, 5 days a week. If there is another question that you would like answered pleased contact us on support@agrimaster.com.au and we’ll be happy to help.

Why we can’t train you on a support call?

If we spend hours on each call training members how to use functions of the program then you would be waiting many hours to get a call back. Our Support Team is available to help when you are stuck on an issue doing your books or need help with a transaction etc. If you require training, one of our Support Team can organise this for you.

What questions can you ask?

There is no such thing as a silly question. That’s why we provide support! You can ask technical questions (e.g. how do I install my update?) or application questions (e.g. how do I enter a recipient created tax invoice).
