You can call for support any time during working hours - when you call us we log your call and request for support - your request is then placed in a  queue and will be dealt with on a 'next in line basis' between 6am-6pm WAST.

What happens after I have logged a support request?

All support requests (regardless of method used) are place in a support queue sorted by date and time logged. All calls are usually returned within 30 - 60 minutes (our maximum turnaround time is 2 hours).

Can I request a call back time?

You can request to be called before or after certain times and between certain times, please allow at least a 1 hour 'window' to call you back in.
If you request a call-back after 4:30pm (WAST) we cannot guarantee a call back on the same day.
