Phone support is available 6am to 6pm AWST, Monday to Friday.

You can call at any time during working hours 6am-6pm Westralian Standard Time (WAST) and log a support call with our team. This will be placed in a response queue with the online and email support requests and you will be called back ASAP.

Note that your place in the queue is the same regardless of the method you use to request support.

What happens once I log a support request?

All support requests (regardless of method used!) are place in a support queue sorted by date and time logged. First priority users are called back first and then all calls are returned ASAP in the order that they came in. (This is normally 30 -60 minutes and as a maximum is less than 2 hours)

Can I request a call back time?

Yes ! You can ask to be called BEFORE or AFTER a certain time and BETWEEN certain times , we ask you to allow at least a 1 hour "Window" for us to call you back.

If you request a call-back after 4:30 WAST we cannot guarantee a call back on the same day.
