You can send a support query via email at any time and they will be answered based on queue, priority
and membership between 6am-6pm AWST.

Agrimaster members can email a question to support@agrimaster.com.au and these emails will go into the queue with the phone calls and be call or emailed back ASAP.

What happens once I log a support request?

All support requests (regardless of method used!) are place in a support queue sorted by date and time logged.

First priority users are called back first and then all calls are returned ASAP in the order that they came in. (This is normal 30 -60 minutes and as a maximum is less than 2 hours)

Can I request a call back time?

YES! If you are only going to be available at a certain time in the day you can be asked to call back at that time. Our support officers will do their best to call you back at that time.
